摘要
为了开展煤与瓦斯突出模拟试验,选用水泥作为胶结剂,碎煤作为骨料,水、沙子和活性炭作为辅料,设计了5因素7水平的软煤相似材料配比方案,压制了50 mm相似材料试件,研究了煤与瓦斯突出相似模拟材料配制方法。研究结果表明:相似材料试件单轴抗压强度与水泥质量百分比、水泥和沙子二者总量比例与相似材料密度呈线性关系,所配制的相似材料与煤在物理、力学性质具有较好的相似性,相似材料的吸附解吸CO2性能与煤吸附解吸CH4性能也具有较好的相似性。研究结果为煤与瓦斯突出模拟试验相似模型制作及相似材料进一步精细化配比试验提供了重要依据。
In order to conduct a simulation test of coal and gas outburst,cement was selected to be a binder. Broken coal was applied to be the aggregates and water,sands and activated carbon were applied to be the auxiliary material. A mixing ratio plan of the soft coal similar materials with five factors and seven levels was designed. A similar material specimen with the diameter of 50 mm was pressed. A similar simulation material preparation method of the coal and gas outburst was studied. The study results showed that the uniaxial compressive strength and the cement quality percentage of the similar material specimen,the cement and sand percentage and similar material density would be in a linear relationship. The similar material prepared could have a good similarity with coal in physics,mechanics property. The properties of similar material absorption and desorption CO2 could have a good similarity with coal absorption and desorption CH4. The study results provided important basis to the similar model preparation of the coal and gas outburst simulation test and the fine mixing ratio test of the similar material.
