摘要
如何科学、快速、准确地确定保护层开采消突范围一直是矿井安全开采技术难题之一。针对目前保护层开采消突范围各判别准则理论上的非一致性和生产实践中的局限性,笔者结合淮南矿区潘三煤矿保护层工作面开采的工程实践,提出了利用煤层瓦斯含量来确定保护层消突范围的技术方法。通过快速准确现场测定在保护层开采前后被保护煤层的瓦斯含量,基于被保护煤层煤与瓦斯突出的临界瓦斯含量值,科学地确定其消突范围。该技术对保护层开采消突范围的合理性确定,科学地设计布置瓦斯抽采钻孔位置,最大限度地利用保护层开采进行区域性防突,保证矿井的安全高效开采具有重要意义。
It is one of the technical problems how to scientifically,rapidly and accurately determine the scope of outburst elimination after the protective layer extraction in multiple-seam mining. A seam with less outburst proneness is often extracted prior to its overlying or underlying seams with high outburst proneness to mitigate the risk by de-stressing and de-gassing of the seams. A number of indices are used to define outburst-free zones or protected zones in the seams. However,these indices are not quite consistent in theory and their practicality is sometimes limited. To address these issues,a trial was conducted to measure and use seam gas content in a de-stressed and de-gassed seam for defining outburst-free zones in the seam at Pansan Mine,Huainan,China. This paper describes the field trial and presents its results.
