煤层气井高能气体压裂器性能测试系统的研究 被引量:8

摘要 由于煤层气赋存的地质特殊性,高能气体压裂技术应用于煤层气井增产需要进一步优化。煤层气井高能气体压裂器的研制开发,以及压裂工艺优化设计必须有基础数据作为支撑,建立煤层气井高能气体压裂器性能和机理研究的信息获取平台,设计了压裂多参数测试和校准系统,测试系统测量压力范围达到环空0~210 MPa,枪内0~1 000 MPa,工作温度-20~150℃,校准系统实现模拟井下高温(150℃)、高压(静压50 MPa,动压150 MPa)的测试环境。结合环空压力测试仪实测数据分析了煤层气井高能气体压裂的作用过程,表明此高能气体压裂器性能测试系统适于压裂器性能优化和动态参数获取。 Due to the special geological characteristics of coal-bed methane occurrence,there are a lot potential for improving the high energy gas fracturing technology,which is currently applied in coal-bed methane production. The basic data must be collected to support the research and development on the high energy gas fracturing apparatus and the optimization of fracturing process in coal-bed methane extraction. Also,an information retrieval platform was established for studying the performance and mechanism of high energy gas fracturing apparatus and a fracturing multi-parameter testing and calibration system was developed. The test range achieved at 150 MPa in the annulus,and1 000 MPa in the perforating gun. Working temperature ranged from- 20 to 150 ℃. The calibration system can simulate the high temperature and high pressure environment(150 ℃,static pressure 50 MPa,dynamic pressure 150 MPa)in downhole. The authors analyzed the effect of high energy gas fracturing process according to the annulus pressure data. The study indicate that the high energy gas fracturing performance test system is suitable for fracture apparatus optimization and dynamic parameter acquisition.
