摘要 以并列双系统、3级粉碎样机为例,建立盘式辊压破碎机整机理论能耗模型。利用邦德功耗理论,给出第1级磨辊能耗计算式。以盘辊料层挤压分析为基础,给出第2,3级磨辊能耗计算式。通过钢渣粉碎试验,研究盘辊间隙、磨辊力和磨盘转速对粉碎效果与料层稳定性的影响,确定这些参数的临界值或取值区间。通过四因素三水平中心复合试验,利用响应面法构建整机试验能耗模型。理论能耗模型具有通用性,可以用于设备设计和结构参数优化。试验能耗模型能对设备能耗进行局部试验分析,检验和校正理论能耗模型。以整机最小单位能耗为目标进行参数优化,在保证第2级磨辊力有效利用率和下磨盘受力均衡的情况下,使设备单位能耗和第2,3级磨辊力峰值均有约10%的降幅。 To investigate the parallel system,three stages grinding disk roller crushing machine,a theoretical energy consumption model for disk roller crusher was established. The energy consumption formula of No. 1 roller was from the theory of Bond Work Index. The energy consumption formulae of No. 2 and 3 rollers were from the bed comminution theory. The steel slag crushing experiment was carried out for studying the roller gap,roll force and grinding speed on crushing effect and material layer stability,in order to determine the reasonable range of these parameters. The experimental energy consumption model for disk roller crusher was based on four factors,three levels central composite experiment using response surface method. The theoretical model was general,and can be used for the equipment design and optimization of structure parameters. The test model was for locally analyzing the energy consumption of the equipment,and for correcting theoretical model. Through optimization,the specific energy consumption,grinding force peaks of No. 2 and No. 3 rolls decrease about 10% respectively,while maintaining the effective utilization rate of No. 2 roll force and the balance stress of lower disk.
