摘要
根据弹性理论,利用Kelvin问题推导了预应力锚索锚固剂与孔壁围岩之间剪应力分布的数学解析式,揭示了剪应力分布规律:在弹性条件下剪应力分布范围较小,主要分布在锚固段沿轴向0~1.0 m,且在0.10~0.25 m内迅速增大到极值,之后沿轴向缓慢减小趋近于0。根据剪应力非均匀分布的特殊规律,通过理论计算与现场试验,研发了适用于煤矿深井复杂条件的矿用新型高强锚索束结构,计算并确定了锚固段的合理长度,给出了锚索束施工过程,在芦岭煤矿Ⅱ82运输上山修复工程中得到了成功应用,实现了围岩变形的稳定控制。
Based on the theory of elasticity,mathematical analytical formula of shear stress distribution of prestressed anchor cable between anchoring agent and surrounding rock of hole-wall were deduced by using problem Kelvin,and distribution law of shear stress was revealed in the elastic range distribution range of shear stress is smaller,it mainly distributed in the anchoring section along the axial within 0-1. 0 m,and increased quickly to extremum within the range of 0. 10-0. 25 m,later along the axial reduced to approaching 0. Based on the shear stress non-uniform distribution,through theoretical calculation and field test,reasonable length of anchoring section of new mine high-strength anchor cable bundle was calculated and confirmed,structure and construction technology of new high-strength anchor cable bundle applied to the complex condition of deep well were researched and developed,and it was successfully used in restoring project of Ⅱ82 transport rise of Luling Coal Mine,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock was steadily controlled.
