摘要
气液两相流的探测与流动规律是煤层气排采领域的关键科学难题,研究煤层气井气液两相流最直接有效的方法则是对煤层气开采井井筒油套环空内的气泡进行实时检测。但目前常用的气泡探测装置无论是在检测目标的针对性还是体积方面,均不能满足煤层气井环空内气泡实时检测的要求,基于此,提出了一种基于电导率的煤层气气泡形态井下实时探测装置,探测装置中所设计的气泡传感器能根据空气和溶液电导率的不同来对井下环空中气泡的体积和速度进行实时检测。整个探测装置设计完成后进行了模拟试验,试验结果显示探测装置的精度满足实际工程项目要求。
It is difficult to detect two-phase fluid in the area of coal-bed methane( CBM). The most direct and effective way to study CBM is to detect the bubble in the coal-bed methane wells. The commonly used bubble detection method cannot meet the requirement in terms of detecting target or volume. Therefore,the authors develop a new detector which can be used in the coal-bed methane well. The bubble sensor in the detector can monitor the volume and speed of bubble based on the electrical conductivity of water and air. Simulation experiment had been carried out after the completion of whole detection device design and the result indicated that the precision of the detection device satisfies the requirement of practical engineering project.
