粉煤灰膏体充填材料水化放热特性的微量热测试与分析 被引量:22

摘要 采用TAM Air等温微量热仪对8种配比的粉煤灰膏体充填材料的水化放热速率和水化热进行了微量热测试与分析。结果表明:粉煤灰膏体充填材料水化放热速率明显表现出起始、诱导、加速、快速降速、缓慢降速和稳定等6个阶段;随粉煤灰和煤矸石掺量的增加,水化诱导和加速阶段时间延长、但放热速率和水化热降低;在所测材料配比范围内,水胶比对水化放热速率无明显影响,而添加剂仅加速了水化诱导阶段的水化放热速率。基于测试结果,在不考虑与外界热交换的理想条件下,计算出纯水泥、水泥∶粉煤灰=1∶3+添加剂和水泥∶粉煤灰∶煤矸石=1∶3∶5+添加剂等3种材料充填体7 d温度升高的理论预测值分别为69,22.9和10℃。 With TAM Air Isothermal Calorimater, the micro heat flow and hydration heat were tested and the analysed of 8 kinds of different ratio back filling material in the process of hydration. The results show that the heat flow of fly ash paste-filling material obviously shows six phases of initiation, induction, acceleration, quickly deceleration, slow deceleration and steady; With the incorporation and the content increases of fly ash and coal gangue, the duration of induction and acceleration phases are prolonged and the heat flow and hydration heat are reduced; Within the experiment range, the influence of water-binder ratio on the heat flow is not obvious, and the additive quicken the heat flow of induction phase. Based on the test results and without considering the conditions of heat exchange with the outside world, after 7 days, the temperature increases of filling body of pure cement, cement: fly ash=1:3+additives and cement:Fly:gangue=1:3:5+additive are 69, 22.9 and 10 . © 2015, China Coal Society.
