摘要
为了解决露天矿潜孔钻机粉尘浓度严重超标的问题,改善干式捕尘器应用效果差、湿式凿岩用水量大的现状,针对潜孔钻机的产尘特点,设计出一种适用于潜孔钻机的泡沫发生器。通过理论计算及数值分析,确定了泡沫发生器的基本尺寸及发泡参数,掌握了其内部气液流场的分布特点。通过泡沫发生器的流量特性实验可知:液体流量及气体流量越大、发泡网目数越小、发泡剂浓度越高,泡沫流量越大。当液体流量为18 L/min、气体流量为30 m3/h时,使用发泡网1及浓度为1.5%的配方3,泡沫流量达到最大值515 L/min。整体来看,泡沫除尘后采场平均降尘率高达90%以上。
In order to solve the problem of dust concentration exceeding the standard seriously during down-the-hole drilling in open-pit mine,to improve the application effect of dry trap dust,wet drilling status of large water,according to the characteristics of dust generation during DTH drill,a foam generator for DTH drill was designed. Through theoretical calculation and numerical analysis,the basic size and foaming parameters of foam generator were determined,and the distribution characteristics of the gas water flow were obtained. The experiment indicated that the flow characteristic of bubble generator: the larger the liquid flow rate and gas flow rate,the smaller the foam net mesh size,and the higher the concentration of foaming agent,then the larger the foam flow rate. When the liquid flow rate is 18 L / min,the gas flow rate is 30 m3/ h,the use of foam net 1 and the concentration of 1. 5% formula 3,bubble flow reaches the maximum value of 515 L / min. Overall,after dust removal using foam,the average dust removal rate in stope is as high as 90%.
