摘要
设计了一种喷射式浮选机多喷嘴空气反应器,并深入研究了反应器的性能及特征。应用工程计算流体力学方法,改变喷嘴数量、喷射角度和喷射压力等参数时,模拟分析了浮选机处理量和吸气量的变化规律;对不同参数条件下,空气反应器内部流体的速度、压力分布及湍动能变化进行了计算和分析,揭示了喷射式浮选机的充气浮选机理;解释了多喷嘴充气效果优于单喷嘴;确定了空气反应器最佳参数。实验结果表明:湍动能与充气效果一致性的规律;浮选机充气实验结果与模拟计算结果吻合,证实了数值模拟的可靠性。
A multi-nozzle mixer of jet flotation machine was designed and its performance and characteristics were investigated. Applying engineering computational fluid dynamics method,the processing capacity and inspiratory volume of the floatation machine were analyzed with different parameters such as numbers of nozzles,spray angle and injection pressure. The fluid velocity,pressure distribution and turbulent kinetic energy inside the air-pulp mixer were also investigated to reveal the aeration and agitation mechanism of multi-nozzle inject flotation machine. The study verified the consistence of turbulent kinetic energy and the aeration effect turbulent,interpreted the reasons why multi-nozzle mixer works better than single nozzle one does. In addition,the optimum parameters of the air-pulp mixer were also found.The consistency between air inflation tests and simulation results proves the validity and accuracy of the numerical simulation.
