纵轴式掘进机截割功率预测方法与试验验证 被引量:9

摘要 为了对纵轴式掘进机在不同工作条件下的截割功率进行预测,采用N.Bilgin在单齿破岩试验方面的结论,分析了截齿与岩石的相互作用过程,研究了定相关和欠相关状态下截割功率的计算方法并建立了相应预测模型。用EBZ260W掘进机对单轴抗压强度为(74±8)MPa的人工岩体进行横摆和升降6个步骤截割试验后发现,升降过程中掘进机对应的截割功率较大,其中向上截割过程最大值达254.1 k W,其余各试验步骤对应的平均截割功率约为掘进机额定功率的20%。按照相似试验条件对各步骤对应的截割功率进行预测计算,通过回归分析发现截割功率预测结果与试验数据线性相关,其最大值和平均值的相关系数分别为0.985和0.982,对应预测公式拟合度达到96.95%和96.34%。研究结果表明,基于单齿破岩试验的截割功率预测模型适用于对纵轴式掘进机的实际截割性能进行预测。 In order to predict the cutting power of longitudinal roadheader in different cutting modes,the interaction of pick and rock was analyzed,the cutting power calculation method under the conditions of relieved and unrelieved were investigated and the prediction model is established using N. Bilgin'conclusions of rock cutting. The rock cutting experiments with six steps of horizontal and vertical moving models to artificial rock wall which uniaxial compressive strength is( 74 ± 8) MPa by EBZ260 W show that the cutting power for vertical moving models is higher than other cutting models,and the maximum cutting power reaches to 254. 1 k W in lifting model; the mean cutting power of the rest cutting models is about 20% to the power rating. The results show that the predicted cutting power is linear correlated with experimental data by regression analysis in the similar cutting experiment conditions,and the maximum and average correlation coefficient are 0. 985 and 0. 982 respectively,the goodness of fit of the prediction formula is up to96. 95% and 96. 34% correspondingly. The result show that the cutting power prediction model based on rock cutting experiment by single pick can be used to predict the actual cutting performance of longitudinal roadheader.
