摘要
提出了电雷管电磁场中差模响应特性研究方法。利用传输线理论,建立煤矿许用电雷管简化物理模型,计算不同介质条件下电雷管分布参数,分析研究10 k Hz^20 GHz电磁波传播过程、雷管阻抗变化规律;采用Ansoft HFSS电磁场仿真软件与电雷管响应分析结果对比,具有较好的一致性;基于阻抗特性分析结果,建立电雷管不同端面电动势和电流计算方法;基于相同输入条件下的温度变化,形成电雷管输入与桥丝响应的关系。计算分析和仿真结果表明,电雷管在电磁场中敏感频率并不惟一,建立的分析方法是雷管与电磁波理论的紧密结合,为电雷管电磁兼容性分析和设计提供数值分析方法。
This study put forward a method for investigating the differential mode response characteristics of electric detonator in the electromagnetic field. Based on the theory of transmission line, the study established the simplified physical model of permitted electric detonator for coal mine, calculated the distribution parameters under the condition of different mediums, and analyzed the propagation process with electromagnetic wave in frequency 10 kHz-20 GHz and detonator impedance. The comparison of Ansoft HFSS simulation and electric detonator response shown a good consistency. The study established the calculation method of different portvoltages and currents for electric detonator. On the base of temperature rise under the same input conditions, the study obtained the relationship between input and the bridge wire response of electric detonator. The calculation, analysis and simulation results show that there are several resonance frequencies of electric detonator in the electromagnetic field, the method is closely combined with the detonator and electromagnetic wave theory, and provides a mathematical analysis method for the research and design of electromagnetic compatibility of electric detonator. © 2015, China Coal Society.
