新建突出煤矿“先抽后建”模式与实施路径 被引量:9

摘要 针对国家提出的加快煤层气地面开发和推广煤矿"先抽后建"理念,分析了新建突出煤矿"先抽后建"的基本特征,构建了"先抽后建"的时间-空间-安全条件模式模型与政策落实-技术研究-工程实施路径图,并对官寨煤矿工程实例进行了研究。研究得出:煤层气地面井抽采是煤矿区域瓦斯治理的创新举措,是推动实现新建突出煤矿"先抽后建"的有效途径;"先抽后建"模式为科学规划煤层气抽采与矿井建设的工程分区,统筹衔接和协调实施煤层气与煤炭开发;实施路径是在煤矿筹建阶段明确落实"先抽后建"政策的总体方案,根据项目可行性研究的成果,研究编制"先抽后建"的技术实施方案,按照地面钻井-瓦斯先抽-矿井后建的步骤进行"先抽后建"的工程实施。现场工程实践显示,官寨井田煤层气开发与矿井建设工程"先抽后建"方案可行,具有典型的代表性和很好的借鉴意义。 Based on the goal of accelerating the exploring of the coalbed methane (CBM) from the ground and popularizing the philosophy of “pumping in advance and then construction” (PAC) for a new coal and gas outburst mine, the basic characteristics, the model of the condions mode including the time, space and safety (TSS) conditions and the implementation path including the policy, technology and engineering (PTE) are designed, and an engineering example of the Guanzhai colliery is studied in detail. The main research results include the extracting of CBM from the ground well is an innovate countermeasure of controlling the regional gas of the coal mine and the effective way of promoting and realizing the PAC for the new coal mine, which contains the scientific plan for the extraction of the CBM and engineering partition of the coal mine construction, connecting and coordinating the exploitation of the CBM and coal. Also, the implementation path is the overall scheme of definite carrying out the PAC policy in the stage of the plan for the new colliery, combined with the feasibility research results for this project, the application scheme of the PAC technology is determined, which should be execute on the basis of the steps of ground drilling well, pumping the underground gas and building the new coal mine. The obtained research results show that the field technology scheme of exploring the CBM and PAC for the Guanzhai colliery is feasible, which has a typical representation and favorable reference meaning. © 2016, Editorial Office of Journal of China Coal Society.
