音圈电机直驱水液压节流控制阀仿真与试验 被引量:10

摘要 水的黏度低,润滑和密封问题突出,水液压控制阀阀芯上所受的非线性力大,采用传统的电机械转换器,性能与油压元件差距大。音圈电机体积小,频响和控制精度高,具有较大输出力和输出位移,利用音圈电机驱动水液压控制阀,能有效地对阀芯位移进行位置控制。设计了具有直线轴承导向和阀芯位移反馈的新型音圈电机直驱水液压节流控制阀,在音圈电机数学模型和位置控制研究的基础上,基于AMESim建立了音圈电机直驱水液压节流控制阀系统仿真模型。仿真与试验结果表明,控制阀具有较高的线性度和较大的流量调节范围,控制精度高,能够满足水液压传动系统高精度控制的应用需求。 The performance of water hydraulic control valves driven by traditional electromechanical converters is much lower than that of oil hydraulic control valves for the reason of poor seal,lubrication and large nonlinear force on the valve core.The voice coil motor is a novel actuator with small size,fast response,high precision and large output force and displacement.The performance improvement could be obtained by applying voice coil motor in the position control of valve core movement.Therefore,a novel water hydraulic throttle valve with direct voice coil motor actuation was developed.Based on the modeling of the voice coil motor and the water hydraulic ball seat valve,the simulation analysis was carried out in AMESim software.Meanwhile,the test rig for the performance of the developed valve was set up in our laboratory.The results of the static experiments and simulation show that the valve has good linearity,the large range of flow control and high control precision.The developed water hydraulic throttle valve with direct voice coil motor actuation can undoubtedly satisfy the requirements of high precision control in water hydraulic systems.
