摘要 为进一步研究气体驱动对构造带发生煤与瓦斯突出的影响规律及其孕灾机理,自主研发了'基于气体驱动的多场煤与瓦斯突出试验系统',其主要由加载系统、三轴压力室、快速泄压系统、温控系统、数据采集系统、声发射监测系统、辅助系统等组成。该试验系统主要功能:①可进行不同温度、不同瓦斯压力下标准型煤和原煤试样的煤与瓦斯突出试验;②能进行不同尺寸煤样的突出试验,并能采用不同尺寸的突出口,控制突出强度;③将声发射探头安装在三轴室的压头内,使探头与试验系统一体化;④可通过次压力室的透明结构观察突出全过程;⑤试验系统含有多级压力室,改变突出口外部的气体压力,诱发延时突出。试验结果表明:气体压力对煤样有较明显的粉化作用,原煤煤样的突出现象更接近现场实际,突出后不仅存在粉化的煤粉,还有大量的大颗粒煤粉和小煤块,从而出现封堵突出口、抑制突出的现象。 In order to further study the influence laws and the development mechanism of catastrophe due to gas driven on coal and gas outburst in structural belt,a gas driven multi-physics coal and gas outburst test system was developed.The main functions of the system consist of loading system,triaxial pressure chamber,rapid pressure relief system,temperature control system,data acquisition system,acoustic emission monitoring system and auxiliary system.The main functions of the system are as follows:①Test of coal and gas outburst on standard briquette and raw coal samples at different temperatures and gas pressures.②The outburst test of coal samples of different sizes can be carried out,and the system can use different sizes of the outburst cavern to control the outburst strength.③The acoustic emission probe installed in the indenter of triaxial chamber integrates the probe with the test system.④The whole outburst process can be observed through the transparent structure of the first level pressure chamber.⑤The test system contains multi-stage pressure chambers which can change the gas pressure outside the outburst cavern and induce a delayed outburst.The test results show that gas pressure has obvious pulverization effect on coal samples,and the outburst phenomenon of raw coal samples is closer to the actual situation of the field.After the outburst,not only the pulverized coal is present,but also there are a large number of large particles of pulverized coal and small coal blocks,which indicates the phenomenon of blocking the outburst cavern and inhibiting the outburst.
