蒙脱石水化膨胀抑制对煤泥水过滤的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究蒙脱石水化膨胀抑制对煤泥水过滤的影响,采用氯化钾和苄基三甲基氯化铵(TMBAC)作为抑制剂,在抑制和非抑制状态下进行了含蒙脱石煤泥水的过滤试验。结果表明:氯化钾和TMBAC对蒙脱石水化膨胀均有较好的抑制作用,氯化钾质量分数为1.12%和TMBAC质量分数为0.4%时,可以使蒙脱石的防膨率达90%。与非抑制状态相比,抑制状态下含蒙脱石煤泥水过滤的滤饼水分降低、过滤时间缩短和脱水速率增大,且TMBAC抑制状态下含蒙脱石煤泥水过滤效果更好。氯化钾和TMBAC通过水化能较低的K+,C6H5CH2—N+(CH3)3进入蒙脱石层间,限制层间阳离子和水分子的扩散运动,达到蒙脱石水化膨胀的抑制。C6H5CH2—N+(CH3)3还可以吸附在蒙脱石和煤颗粒表面,增加蒙脱石和煤颗粒的疏水性,起到助滤剂的作用。 In order to investigate the effect of inhibiting montmorillonite hydration swelling on coal slurry filtra-tion,the filtration of coal slurry containing montmorillonite was carried out under inhibitory and non-inhibitory state,and the potassium chloride and three methyl benzyl ammonium chloride(TMBAC)were used as inhibitors.The results show that the hydration swelling of montmorillonite can be inhibited by potassium chloride and TMBAC.When the mass fraction of potassium chloride is 1.12%and the mass fraction of TMBAC is 0.4%,the anti-swelling rate of montmorillonite can reach 90%.The filtration of coal slurry containing montmorillonite carried out under inhibitory has lower filter cake moisture,shorter filtration time and larger dehydration rate,furthermore,the effect of filtration for coal slurry containing montmorillonite is better when using TMBAC as inhibitor.The hydration energies of K+and C6H5CH2—N+(CH3)3 is lower.Therefore,K+and C6H5CH2—N+(CH3)3 can adsorb on the interlayer of montmorillonite and limit the self-diffusion of interlayer hydrone and sodion.Besides,C6H5CH2—N+(CH3)3 can act as a filter aid and adsorb on the surface of montmorillonite and coal particles,which will increase the hydrophobicity of montmorillonite and coal particles.
