医院图书馆应坚持因用而藏 ,强调以人为本 ,读者第一 ;推崇个性化服务 ,开展知识的“有序揭示”和信息的主动传递 ;大力宣传自己 ,打造医院文化 ,为医院的持续发展提供智力支持和精神动力。
In order to provide intellectual support and impetus for the continous development of hospitals, hospital libraries should persist in developing library holdings for use, put stress on taking human beings as the foundation and readers as the supreme, encourage personalized service, promote revealing knowledge in order and active delivery of information, create hospital culture by propogating themselves.
