摘要
企业价值链分析不仅能深入企业的内部细节而且广泛联系外部环境 ,因而具有系统性、全面性和动态性。在竞争情报工作中 ,利用企业价值链分析方法 ,企业不仅可以了解自己、明确市场定位以及确定企业竞争优势 ,而且可以用来系统搜集竞争对手的情况、并对竞争情报进行真伪辨别、比较、估算和预测 ,及时地采取相应的竞争策略。
The value chain analysis for enterprises does not only penetrate into value activities inside the enterprise for careful analysis,but also relate the environment outside the enterprise for integrated inquirty,thus taking on the feature of systematization,completeness and dynamism,In competitive intelligence the use of value chain analysis can facilitate the enterprise to understand itself,nail down its market orientation and ensure its competitive edge,as well as enable the enterprise to collect the intelligence of its competitors completely and systematically,distinguish the trueness and falseness of the competitive intelligence for comparing,appraising and predicting so as to take relevant competitive strategy promptly.
