摘要
采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和硼砂共同交联改性聚乙烯醇(PVA),在表面活性剂的作用下形成乳胶。从反应原理和交联反应后残存的游离TDI的检测结果 ,说明其对环境和人体健康都无明显影响。采用正交实验法 ,探讨反应物料的组成对乳胶的粘结性能和胶膜的耐水性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,少量TDI和硼砂的加入能较大程度地提高该乳胶的粘结性能和胶膜的耐水性能 ,可用于内墙乳胶漆的生产、建筑装饰装修和木材加工的粘结 ,现已完成中试生产。
The paper introduces how to use both toluene diisocyanate(TDI)and borax cross-linked with modified polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)glue,and forming an emulsion as the emulsion paint of internal wall and the adhesive of the wood workˉing.The reaction principle and examination results indicate that it didn't have evident effect on environment and human health.Reaction condition,synthetic methods and examination methods were also discussed in the paper.As adding a small amount both TDI and borax,the adhesive strength and water resistance of the emulsion paint were improved greatly.The pilot production of the emulsion paint has been realized now.
