摘要
以粉煤灰为主要原料配制了低碱度生态混凝土。通过正交试验确定了铝粉掺量以及粉煤灰、生石灰、水泥、水的配合比。在实验范围内所配制的混凝土 :粉煤灰可掺量可达65%~70% ;28d的 pH值可达11.50以下 ,90d的 pH值甚至可以达到9.00~10.50;孔隙率27.74% ;90d的抗压强度比28d的抗压强度增加30%以上 ,满足生态混凝土低碱度、多孔的要求。
The low alkaline ecological concrete is prepared by used of fly ash as the main material.Aluminum powder content and mixture ratio of fly ash,lime,cement and water are determined by orthogonal experiments.During testing,fly ash may be added up to65%~70%,pH value of the concrete is below11.50in28days,and even9.00~10.50after90days,and the porosity of the concrete is27.4%;The compression strength of the concrete in90days may be increased above30%compared with in28days.The needs for lowalkaline and high porosity of the ecological concrete have been met.
