摘要
预应力混凝土管桩成桩质量好 ,承载力高 ,基础造价低 ,但在复杂地质情况下易出现断桩、弯桩及斜桩现象。结合一工程实例 ,通过对断桩、弯桩和斜桩的分析及静载试验 ,提出了对类似管桩问题的处理办法。
The bearing capacity of prestressed concrete pile(PHC)is high,the cost of PHC is low and the quality of PHC is good.But in the most complex ground case,the PHC would be broken,bent and sloped when it is hammered.The methods to solve these questions are presented based on a practical engineering.The cost of the treatment project is low.
