摘要
提出了水—水热泵机组冷凝器的稳态仿真模型 ;根据制冷剂的三种可能的存在状态将冷凝器的换热分为三个串联换热器的换热。针对一新型复合套管冷凝器编制了稳态传热仿真程序 ,利用该仿真程序分析讨论了冷却水入口温度和流量对冷凝器传热性能的影响。该仿真程序可模拟计算出冷凝器内温度分布和换热量 ,也可根据给定的设计工况确定换热面积 。
A steady state heat transfer model for a condenser of water water heat pumps is presented; the condenser is analyzed as three heat exchangers connected in series that correspond to the three phases of the refrigerant in this model. A simulation program for a new type tube in tube condenser has been developed on basis of this model, which can be used to predict the performance of the condenser under different operating conditions and to size the condenser according to certain design criteria.
