Evaluation of supervising work under construction

为了对施工阶段的监理工作给与客观评价 ,建立了针对门窗工程、装饰工程、屋面工程三个评价项目监理工作的评价要素 ,给出了利用模糊评价方法进行评价的因素集、评语集及权重集 ,使用该方法既可以得到监理单位某一建设项目施工阶段的门窗工程、装饰工程、屋面工程这三个评价项目的综合评价结果 ,又为“监理单位工作质量监控评价系统”

For the sake of the objective evaluation of supervising works under construction stages, main evaluation factors are established to door window, decoration and roof engineering for supervising works. To make use of the fuzzy evaluation method, this paper put forward factor, comment and weight aggregations for the evaluation. Using this method, the integrative evaluation results of all the evaluation items for door window, decoration and roof engineering can be obtained, which provide supervising departments with foundations for the second evaluation to work quantity monitoring system.
