摘要
煤粉管道及制粉系统的运行状况对锅炉燃烧及安全运行有很大影响 ,但一直缺少有效的检测诊断。基于静电原理的在线检测是一种新型的煤粉细度测量技术 ,通过测量管道中煤粉空气两相流动时产生的静电电荷 ,经过有效的信号处理 ,提取管道中煤粉粒度信息 ,系统在标定后可实现煤粉细度的在线测量 。
