摘要
目的 从江浙蝮蛇蛇毒中纯化出无出血毒的纤溶酶。 方法 经 DEAE-Sepharose FF离子交换树脂和 Superdex 75 PG凝胶过滤树脂 ,从江浙蝮蛇蛇毒中纯化出 2种可直接溶解纤维蛋白的蛋白酶 :F1 ,F2。 结果 它们 2 0 μg皮下注射小鼠都无出血反应 ,F1 ,F2 SDS-PAGE电泳纯度在 95 %以上。 结论 纯化的两个纤溶酶为进一步基础研究和临床应用奠定了基础。
Objective Purificating no hemorrhage of fibrinolytic enzyme from Agkistrodon halyl venom. Methods Using column chromatography separation consisting of DEAE-Sepharose FF ion exchange and Superdex 75 PG gel filtration. Rusult They were no hemorrhage by subcutaneous injection of 20μg F1, F2 to mousses,and the more than 95% on SDS-PAGE, gel electrophoresis. Conclusion This study provided a basis for the further fundamental research and clinical application of fibrinolytic enzyme.
