摘要 介绍了镁钙基合金的物化性能和夹杂物变性的微观机理 通过金相观察和扫描电镜研究。 The performance of magnesiumcalcium based alloys and microscopic mechanism of character changing of inclusion were studied.With the help of SEM and observation of the microstructure of steel,the distribution,size,shape and quantities of inclusion in the materials treated by magnesiumcalcium based alloys were investigated.In order to prolong the life and enhance the performance of the steel,the elements,Aluminum and Barium were introduced to enhance the inclusion floating ability,making the inclusion denaturalization and improving the performance of the steel.
