摘要
本文研究了硒在6只成年健康奶山羊体内的药动学。按0.3mg/kg体重肌肉注射,在给药后40天内不同时间采血。结果表明,血药浓度一时间曲线符合二室开放模型。
The pharmacokinetics of selenium in 6 adult healthy dairy goats were studied.0.3mg/kg weight of sodium selenite was administrated by intramuscular injection.blood samples were collected at the different time within 40 days after the drug was given.The results show that the blood con- centration-time curves of the drug fitted to two-compartment open model.
