对植物气孔运动的自动调控的探讨

摘要 高等绿色植物表皮组织成熟后,表皮细胞已变成几无通透性的保护组织,若靠这些表面器官进行物质交换,则其交换量小,远不足以适应生命活动的需要,此时它与外界进行物质交换、能量平衡,主要靠气孔这条富有生物学活性的自动控制的物质通道,其开度的增大、缩小或关闭等活动,对原材料的及时引进、多余物质与能量的及时排出、乃至对外界不良环境条件的抵抗等都与之密切相关。而今农业上采用抗蒸藤剂或化学抑制物以关闭其气孔。 The affected factors appeared in the environmental conditions of high green plant are not in constant equilibr -ium on physiolog.Those factors give effect to material and energy metabolism.They are driving stomatal opening or closing one after another.The plants organ that responds to stimulation obtains new physiological equilibrium by using the stomatal movement.By so doing.plants maintain no- rmal life process.therefor form plants self adaptation system. doing self-regulation frequently. The following diagram is an ordinary program of control or it is self-adaptation optimal control(secte of this thesis). If the outside environmentat factors appear periodcally, the self-regulation adaptation system will proceed cycle aut- oregulation at any time.If not,as a rule,the recoguizer and“policy-maker”of the guard cells also proceed reasonable autoregulation at once until the plant body obtains new ph- ysiological equilibrium. The plants self adaptation system always take various pa- sthways to automatic regulation.always from out-of-ban-lance to banlance. Therefor the stomatal movement is one of the most im- portant conformity function on life-string of the plant. Not only the conformity function are display of the ge- netic structure and endogenous rhythms but also the influence of outside environment Conditions on the velocity of enzymes synthesis and activeness is profound.It gets still homeostasis in various.factoris. It is worth thinking what a marvelous adaptation capabi- lity the plants has! It always wins a new life a new growth and a new existence.
