鸡丘脑背侧核细胞构筑的观察

本实验用石蜡切片,N_■染色详细观察了6只星杂'579'成年鸡丘脑背侧核的细胞构筑。结果表明,鸡丘脑背侧核神经元密度为388 46±5494个/mm^3(平均数±标准差)。神经元胞体长、短径分别为14.79±4.29um和9.84±2.27um。细胞体和细胞核的面积分别为133.61±65.89um^2和20.51±9.57um^2。无论是鸡丘脑背侧核神经元的密度、长、短径,还是其神经细胞体的面积在前外侧部、前内侧部,后外侧部和后内侧部四个亚核之间,差别均非常显著或显著。鸡丘脑背侧核神经元从胞体形态上可分为四边形、卵圆形、三角形和圆形四种类型,从胞体面积上可分为中型(17.70%)和小型细胞(82.30%)。

The present report describes the cytoarchitecture of Nucleus dor-salis thalamicus in Niss1 preparation of 6 chickens。 Nuclei dorsalis thalamicus of chickens were divided into four sub-nuclei: nucleus dorsolateralis anterior, nucleus dorsomedialis antenior, nucleus dorsolateralis posterior and nucleus dorsomedialis poster ior.The characterization of the neurons were that the neuronal density was 38846±5494 per cubic milimetre ((?)± s.D), the long and short diameters of the cell bodies average 14.79±4.26um and 9.87±2.27 um respectively, the area of the neuron was 133.61 ±65.89 um^2 and 20.51±8..57 um^2 individually.On the basis of the shape and area of their soma, the neurons were classified into four types which were quadrangular,oval, trirngular and round and two kinds which small-sized and medium-sized ones separately.key words Nucleus dorsalis, Thalamicus,Chickens.
