Interpretation of Mass Line According to Constitution

"群众路线是我们党的生命线和根本工作路线",我国宪法第27条第2款规定:"一切国家机关和国家工作人员必须依靠人民的支持,经常保持同人民的密切联系,倾听人民的意见和建议,接受人民的监督,努力为人民服务。"这说明,群众路线实践教育活动不仅具有党的意志,而且具有宪法依据,不仅具有加强党的建设的政治意义,也具有全面推进依法治国、实现"以宪治国"的宪法意义。

' The mass line is the lifeline and the basic work route of our Party',the provisions of the constitution which conform to people's will and interests. ' All state organs and functionaries must rely on the support of the people,keep in close touch with the people,listen to their opinions and suggestions,accept the people's supervision,and strive to serve the people',the twenty-seventh provision of the second paragraph of our constitution sets. This shows that the mass line practice education not only has the will of the party,but also has the constitutional basis,and not only has the political significance to strengthen the construction of the party,but also has the meaning of the Constitution that comprehensively promotes the rule of law,to achieve ' the rule of constitution'.
