摘要
师范生对教师职业的态度是他们对教师职业价值的认识以及教师职业修养的体现。对四川省三所师范院校英语专业学生的抽样调查研究显示,教师职业情感与教师职业意向之间存在中度相关性,师范生的专业态度、学习效果与他们的教师职业态度之间存在低度相关性,学习满意度与教师职业态度之间的关系还需要进一步调查,而性别和学历因素与师范生的教师职业态度之间的关系可以忽略。
Student teachers' attitudes towards teacher profession reflect their understandings about values of being a teacher and their vocational training. We have conducted detailed analyses on data from investigations on student teachers of English majors from three colleges in Sichuan Province. Results show that there exists a fairly positive correlation between occupational emotions and occupational intentions,and a weak correlation between students' attitudes to their specialty and results of their study and their attitudes towards teacher profession. Relations between students' satisfaction of their study and their attitudes towards teacher profession,however,need further study and more data to justify. Correlations between students' gender and academic qualifications and their attitudes towards teacher profession are too weak to be ignored.
