军机处满文上谕按编年体汇抄而成,以明发上谕为主,间或抄录寄信上谕,其开本分大小两种,内容一致,且为手抄。军机处满文上谕档忠实记录了雍正朝至清末军政大事,为当时文档查阅利用、编史修志等政务提供了重要资料,自形成之妆即发挥出重要价值。

Archives for reports from the Grand Council are compiled chronologically.The main parts of these archives are original imperial edicts,with few copies of ones.The sizes of hand-copied ones are of two different types-one being big and the other small,both of which bear the same message.These imperial edicts recorded big events of management and military of Yong Zheng time as well as other times till the end of Qing Dynasty.They can be used also for references in review or history studies,and thus are very valuable.
