摘要
针对进入油田开发中后期出现的高含水油田集输管线腐蚀、结垢日益严重,使用周期短,更换报废频繁等问题,对其腐蚀、结垢原因进行了系统分析,指出了高液量、高矿化度、高含砂量、富含成垢离子、异型水混输、输液介质、压力温度变化等因素是造成集油管线腐蚀结垢的主要原因。近几年,通过采用非金属管线替代普通钢管线、“一站双线”的流程、异水型水分输、旧管线修复内衬防腐、大站分水、酸洗除垢、防垢剂防垢等综合配套技术,提高了高含水期集油管线的有效使用周期,管线腐蚀结垢状况得到极大改善,从而提高了油田综合开发效益。
The problem of later stage of oil field is that corrosion, dirt are increasingly serious, we have analysed the reason of corrosion and have pointed out that the reasons are the factors such as high liquid, high mining degree, high sand content containing, dirt ion and different type water to transport and pressure temperature change etc. . During last a few years, using period of pipeline has been increased by adopting the synthesizing supplemental technologies including nonmetal pipeline replacing ordinary steel tube, one station with two - pipeline ' process, different type water transported in different way, restoring liner of old pipeline, providing water via large station, pickling clear dirt etc. . structural condition gets maximum improvement. It has raised the comprehensive development benefit of oil field.
