摘要
在新疆哈南湖水源地,建有集水站。为防止地下水井套管和地面埋地输水管道遭受腐蚀,对套管和输水管进行了电化学保护。本工程中的套管直径大(D259mm),并垂直地敷设在水层上,需要较大的保护电流,故采用强制电流法阴极保护。介绍了该方法所需设备、仪器及其选择、安装方式及设计参数确定的依据。该工程投产运行后,其保护电位在-0.98~-1.35V之间,达到了美国腐蚀工程师协会制定的RP-01-86《井套管阴极保护的应用》和我国原石油部于1992年颁布的《油井套管用权保护的管理规定》中的井口保护电位-0.95V或更负的要求,目前该保护系统仍处在良好的保护状态。工程实例证明,井套管,包括油井、气井、水井的防腐蚀采用阴极保护,理论成熟、工艺简单、施工方便、技术可靠、经济效益好。
There is a water station at land of water source at Hanan Lake of Xinjiang. To prevent corrosion of underground well casing pipe and water pipeline, electrochemistry protection for casing pipe and water pipeline has been carried out. The diameter of casing pipe in this project is big ( D259mm), and casing pipe is put vertically in water, it needs greater protective current, so, force current negative pole protection is adopted. The instrument, option, equipment, installation way and design parameters needed by this method have been introduced. After this project goes into operation, its protecting potential is between - 0. 98 ~ - 1. 35 V, it reaches the standards of the RP -01 - 86 'the application of negative pole protection for well casing pipe' and 'the management stipulation of negative pole protection for well casing pipe promulgated in 1992 by original petroleum ministry. Now this protection system is still in protection state goodly. Project example proves that electrochemistry negative pole protection is good at that theory is maturation and technology is simple, construction is facilitate, reliable, economic benefits is good.
