聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺凝胶在Na_2HPO_4水溶液中的溶胀平衡

摘要  基于N 异丙基丙烯酰胺,研制N 异丙基丙烯酰胺均聚凝胶和N 异丙基丙烯酰胺与甲基丙烯酸钠共聚凝胶.研究25℃时聚N 异丙基丙烯酰胺类凝胶在Na2HPO4水溶液中的溶胀行为(浓度为10-3~1.2mol/kg),探讨共聚单体浓度,交联剂浓度和单体总量对溶胀行为的影响.同时测定Na2HPO4在胶体相和与之并存的液相中的分配. N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAAm) was used to synthesize NIPPAAm homopolymer (nonionized) and NIPAAm-sodium methacrylate copolymer(ionized). Swelling equilibria for both gels were carried out in aqueous Na2HPO4 solution with concentrations ranging from 10\+\{-3\} to 1.2 mol/kg at 25 ℃.The effects of concentration of comonomer, crossliner and total monomers on gel swelling performance were discussed either. The distribution of Na2HPO4 in gel-phase and coexisting liquid-phase was measured.
