高聚物熔体在往复螺杆式注射机机筒内的流动分析及流量方程的推导

Analysing Flow and Deducing Equation of Flow Capacity of Polymer Melt in Barrel of Reciprocat Screw Injection Molding Machine

根据往复螺杆式注射机在塑化物料时,螺杆既作旋转运动,又作轴向移动的特点,建立塑化过程新的物理模型.分析该注射机在塑化物料时,熔体在其机筒内的流动情况,推导出往复螺杆式注射机熔体流量方程的数学表达式,并分析比较其流速分布、流量方程与挤出机的不同之处.

On the basis of the characteristic that the screw rotates as well as moves along axial direction when the reciprocating screw injection molding machine is plasticizing compound or plastics, the new physical model of plasticizing process is established,and the state of flow in the barrel of the machine is analyzed, and a new mathematical expression of equation of melt flow capacity is deduced.Comparing with extruder,the difference of velocity distribution of flow,the equation of flow capacity of the machine is discussed.
