湖羊和美利奴羊多胎遗传差异的内分泌学基础 被引量:2

摘要 本试验研究了湖羊和美利奴羊的生殖内分泌学,旨在探测其多胎机理。用RIA(放射免疫)测定FSH(促卵泡素)、LH(促黄体素)、17β-E_2(雌二醇)、P(前列腺素)、T(甲状腺素)、CAMP(环状腺苷酸):用ELISA(酶免)测定了Calmodulin(钙调素)。结果表明生殖激素和第二信使物质均有差异,并认为这可能是湖羊多胎机理之一。 Ovariectomied animals were selected. After 30 mins of the lst injection of GnRH (5mg) , LH levels in plasma wera elavated. but no significant difference were found in 2 breeds, 1 hr later,the 2nd injections(5mg)were administrated, the peaks of the 2 breeds lasted 3.5 hrs and LH peaks were found that Hu sheep were grenter than Merinos. The preovulatory FSH values of Hu sheep were greater than Mernos significantly, however,LH peak values were not different between 2 breeds.The intervals from the onset of oestrus to peak of the preovulatory LH were significantly different in Hu sheep and Merinos.For Hu sheep and Merinos the frequencies of LH pulse in the 1st 1hr were similar, and also in the same way of FSH.The maginitudes of 2nd FSH surge of Hu sheep were significantly larger than Merinos.The cAMP,17β-E2 and calmodulin (CaM) contents lava-ed with diameter of ovarian follicles,and the cAMP and 17β- contents wee significantly greater in Hu sheep than Merinos.These results showed that there are relationships between the prolificacy and activer endocrinic characteristics of the pituitary-ovary axis in Hu sheep.
