摘要 研究了周期性水洗涤脱附对活性炭脱硫性能的影响。经过 4次吸附、脱附循环后 ,活性炭的动态吸附性能和脱附性能达到平衡。活性炭颗粒越小 ,床层穿透时间越长 ,脱硫效率越高。当进口SO2 质量分数为 3× 1 0 - 3时 ,活性炭脱硫效率达到96 %以上。工业性实验表明 ,采用水洗涤脱附 ,活性炭脱硫效率稳定。燃煤烟气工业性实验排放烟气SO2 质量分数小于 9×1 0 - 5,脱硫效率达到 93 %。 The water desorption effect on activated carbon desulfurization was studied. The adsorption and desorption performance of activated carbon will get balanced after repeatedly adsorbing and desorbing for 4 cycles. Penetration time of the activated carbon bed and sulfur dioxide removal efficiency increases as the diameter of granular activated carbon decreases. Desulfurization efficiency is more than 96% when the sulfur dioxide concentration at the bed inlet is 3×10-3. Industrial-scale experiments demonstrate that the sulfur dioxide removal efficiency is stable by the water desorption. The sulfur dioxide concentration at the outlet of the activated carbon drops below 9×10-5 and the desulfurization efficiency is 93%. Cleaned flue gas measures up to the national criterion y activated carbon desulfurization. The flue gas desulfurization process with activated carbon is worth popularizing because it is simple and the sulfur dioxide removal efficiency is high.
