摘要
为了防止流体输送管道的腐蚀 ,并针对现有复合管生产方法的不足及国外生产复合管的装置复杂 ,固定投资大、密封结构不可靠等缺陷 ,研制开发了一种新型不锈钢衬里复合管液压胀合装置。分析了该装置的工作原理和技术特点 ,并从复合管液压胀合的条件及液压胀合成形压力的确定等方面讨论了该技术的应用要点。新型复合管液压胀合装置在液压胀合过程中 ,内层管与外层管的受力均匀 ,可显著提高复合管的生产质量。装置结构简单 ,生产效率高。
To prevent the fluid transportation pipe from corrosion, a hydraulic expansion d evice for stainless steel liner clad pipe is developed. The operating principle and technical characteristics of the device are analyzed. The conditions of hydr aulic expension of the device are discussed, and the hydraulic forming pressure is calculated.The quality of the stainless steel liner clade pipe is improved ev idently in respect that the forces on the inner pipe and the outer pipe of the c lad pipe are uniform during hydraulic expansion of the expansion device.The hydr aulic device is simple in structure and has high production efficiency.
