摘要
采用常规海洋开发工程技术开发日初产 3 0~ 5 0t单井或井组 ,或开发中后期单井日产 1 0~ 2 0t的浅海油田是不经济的。采油修井一体化平台的设计 ,考虑了中后期生产时须简化修井设备和采油工艺、降低海上修井作业费用等问题。同时 ,总体设计与常规海上采油装备有机结合 ,满足了日常采油工艺管理的要求。该平台包括固定采油平台 (结构基础)和一体化平台移动 (修井采油模块 )两大部分。建造中采用多种新技术、新工艺 。
With consideration of the necessity of simplifying the well servicing equipment and oil production technology for reducing operating cost in the mid and later p eriod of offshore production, a production and workover integrative platform is designed and fabricated. The platform consists of two parts, i.e. the fixed oil production platform and the movable workover module. The fabrication technique o f the platform is described, and the application of the platform in Chengdao Oil field is commented.
