对苯二酚双(2-羟乙基)醚合成工艺的改进 被引量:2

IMPROVED SYSTHETIC METHOD FOR PREPARING HYDROQUINONE DIHYDROXYETHYL ETHER

摘要 以对苯二酚、氯乙醇、NaOH为原料 ,加入还原剂 ,在常压下醚化合成了对苯二酚双 ( 2 羟乙基 )醚。最佳工艺条件为 :还原剂 (亚硫酸盐 )用量为 5 %,对苯二酚 /氯乙醇 /NaOH(摩尔比 ) =1∶2 .5∶2 .5 ,反应温度 80~ 90℃。收率 6 1%,产品为白色片状结晶 ,利用IR和1HNMR对最终产物进行了结构表征。 Hydroquinone dihydroxyethyl ether was synthesized from hydroquinone 2- chloroethanol and sodium hydroxide in the presence of reductant at atmospheric pressure. Influences of the reaction conditions on yield were studied and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. That is, the amount of reductant based on the weight of all raw materials was 5%, molar ratio of hydroquinone 2- chloroethanol/sodium hydroxide was 1∶2.5∶2.5, reaction temperature was 8090 ℃.The yield of hydroquinone dihydroxyethyl ether was 61%. After purification, white crystal of hydroquinone dihydroxyethyl ether was obtained. The chemical structure of final product was characterized by 1H NMR and IR. The IR spectrum of final product was in accordance with the standard spectrum.
