Synthesis and Viscosity Ruducing Ability of SL Series Tercopolymers of Long Chain Alkyl Acrylate for Extra-Heavy Crude Oils

摘要 辽河冷东原油胶质、沥青质含量高(23.65%,3.05%),含蜡量低(1.02%),粘度高(50℃时49Pa·s),为了改善其流动性,研制了长链醇丙烯酸酯三元共聚物,进行了结构鉴定并实验考察了降粘性能。在性能考察中使用的共聚物样品有:一种具有双峰的宽分子量分布共聚物SL;在优化条件下合成的共聚物SL 5;SL的3个分级产物,按分子量从大到小排列分别为SL(Ⅰ),SL(Ⅱ)和SL(Ⅲ)。确定实验条件时考虑到该特稠油中胶质的溶解温区为33~55℃,原油热处理、加剂在80℃下进行,降粘效果评价在50℃左右进行。实验研究结果表明:加入2000mg/LSL的冷东1号油(SL溶解于甲苯中,甲苯量为原油的1%),50℃时粘度9.5Pa·s,降粘率39.9%,55℃时粘度6.1Pa·s,降粘率37.8%;加入SL,SL(Ⅰ),SL(Ⅱ),SL(Ⅲ)的冷东2号油,50℃时粘度分别为19.0,18.3,19.0,15.6Pa·s,降粘率分别为23.4%,26.2%,23.4%,37.1%,60℃时分别为6.8,6.1,5.4,5.1Pa·s和15.8%,24.5%,33.3%,36.9%;对冷东1号油,30~60℃时的降粘率按大小排列顺序为SL 5>SL(Ⅲ)>EVA。作出的结论是:对于辽河高胶质特稠油的降粘,分子量分布适当的优选共聚物SL可在50℃使用,配合一些热处理措施后可在管道输油中获得实际应用(要求粘度≤1.5Pa·s)。图3表7参10。 To improve the flowability of Lengdong extraheavy crude oils of high resin and asphaltene (23.65% and 3.05%) and low wax (1.02%) contents and of high viscosity (49 Pa·s at 50℃), long chain alkyl acrylate tercopolymers (TCP) are prepared,structureally identified and evaluated for viscosity reducing ability. In laboratory evaluation experiments of TCP sample, SL, of wide MWD with two peaks, a sample prepared under optimized synthetic conditions, SL5, and three fractions of SL of decreasing MW, SL(Ⅰ),SL(Ⅱ), and SL(Ⅲ), are used. The experimental conditions are chosen as such that the crude is treated thermally and by a viscosity reducer at 80℃ and evaluated for viscosity reduction at ~50℃ as the dissolution of the resin in the crude occurs in range 33-55℃. The experimental results show that the crude sample No1 with 2 000 mg/L SL added (SL dissolved in toluene which accounts 1% of the crude) has viscosity 9.5 Pa·s and viscosity reduction rate (VRR) 39.9% at 50℃ and 6.1 Pa·s and VRR 37.8% at 55℃; the crude sample No2 treated by SL, SL(Ⅰ), SL(Ⅱ), and SL(Ⅲ) has viscosity 19.0, 18.3,19.0 and 15.6 Pa·s (and VRR 23.4%, 26.2%, 23.4%,and 37.1%) at 50℃ and 6.8, 6.1, 5.4, and 5.1 Pa·s (15.8%, 24.5%,33.3%, and 36.9%) at 60℃, respectively; for crude sample No1, the VVR at 30-60℃ is arranged in order SL5>SL(Ⅲ)>EVA. It is concluded that for reducing viscosity of high resin extraheavy crudes of Liaohe, optimized oil soluble tercopolymer SL with proper MWD can be applied at 50℃ and be put into practical uses in pipe transportation (viscosity needed ≤1.5 Pa·s) with additional thermal treatments.Keywords:tercopolymers of long chain alkyl acrylate; oil soluble viscosity reducers; flowablity improvers; synthesis; extraheavy crude; high resin crude; viscosity reduction; structureproperty relationship; Liaohe oil fields
