简介了由中石油集团公司科技发展部和高分子材料工程国家重点实验室合办的油田高分子材料研究室(设于四川大学高分子研究所内)20余年来在油田化学领域取得的成果。指出国内外提高采收率用聚合物方面的研究工作近期主要集中在改性共聚物和聚合物凝胶两方面。分3大类逐一介绍了该研究室研制、开发的提高采收率用聚合物:①采用超声波辐照技术合成的嵌段/接枝聚合物;②具有特殊相互作用的聚合物,包括疏水缔合聚合物,分子复合型聚合物,两相离子型聚合物及HPAM弱凝胶;③高分子表面活性剂。从建立提高采收率基础理论和理论储备出发,建议研究开发耐温耐盐聚合物,具有潜在应用背景的高分子表面活性剂,高性能油田污水处理剂及输气管道用高分子材料及管道制造技术。参15。
The achievements in recent more than 20 years of the Polymer Materials for Oil Field Laboratory established by CNPC R & D Department and the State key laboratory of Polymer Materials Engineering of China jointly in Polymer Research Institute of Sichuan University are briefly presented. The recent researches on polymers for EOR use in China and abroad are shown to be concentrated mainly on modified polymers and polymer gels. The novel polymers for EOR prepared in the Polymer Materials for Oil Field Laboratory are introduced in 3 classes: ① block/graft copolymers synthesized through ultrasonic irradiation; ② polymers with or through specific interactions including hydrophobically associating polymers, anionic/cationic complexed polymers, amphoteric polymers; and HPAM based weak gels; ③ polymeric surfactants. From a fundamental point of view of constructing basic theoretical concepts and academic reserves for EOR, it is recommended that further researches and developments to be made in heat resistant and salts tolerant polymers, promising polymeric surfactants; high performance oilfield produced water treating agents, plastics for gas transportation pipes and their manufacturing thechnology.
