摘要
目的:建立小散骨风药材薄层色谱检测方法。方法:将小散骨风用甲醇提取后以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(40∶1∶0.1)为展开剂,对小散骨风药材进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果:斑点在365nm下显色清晰,能有效鉴别小散骨风药材。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method of Layer Chromatography( TLC) identification for Xiaosangufen. METHODS: Chloroform- ethylacelate- Formic acid( 40∶ 1∶ 0. 1) as developing solvent and identification by TLC for resveratrol in exteactions with Methanol from Xiaosangufen. RESULT: The spots of TLC distinction were fairly clear which could distinguish Xiaosangufen.
