苗医挑刺配合烟油抹搽治疗水液缺乏型干眼临床观察

Clinical Observation Miao Medical Needle pricking Therapy Combined With Tobacco tar On Aqueous Tear Deficiency

目的:比较苗医挑刺配合烟油抹搽疗法与常规西医疗法治疗水液缺乏型干眼的临床疗效。方法:将60例干眼患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予西医常规方法,治疗组予苗医挑刺配合烟油抹搽疗法,1个疗程后观察两组眼部症状评分及泪液分泌量测定、泪膜破裂时间、角膜上皮荧光染色。结果:治疗组治疗后有效率为73. 3%,优于对照组的46. 7%(P <0. 05)。结论:苗医挑刺配合烟油抹搽疗法治疗水液缺乏型干眼疗效优于常规西药治疗。

Objective to compare the clinical effect of Miao medical Needle Prick Therapy combined with tobacco tar and conventional western medicine in the treatment of the aqueous tear deficiency. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Miao medical Needle Prick Therapy combined with tobacco tar,and the control group was treated with routine western medicine. After 1 course of treatment,the ocular symptom score and Schirmer test,tear film rupture time and corneal epithelial fluorescence staining were observed. Results the effective rate of the treatment group was73. 3%,which was better than that of control group 46. 7%( P < 0. 05). Conclusion the curative effect of Miao medical Needle Prick Therapy combined with tobacco tar on aqueous tear deficiency is better than that of conventional western medicine.
