仙茅多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬活性的影响

Effect of Citronella Polysaccharides on Phagocytic Activity of Mouse Macrophages

目的:探讨仙茅多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬活性的影响。方法:采用不同浓度的仙茅多糖(500,250,125,62.5,31.25μg/mL)分别处理小鼠腹腔原代巨噬细胞和小鼠巨噬细胞株RAW264.7细胞,36 h后加入荧光标记的大肠杆菌,室温避光孵育1.5 h,荧光显微镜下观察不同剂量的仙茅多糖对两类细胞吞噬大肠杆菌活性的影响。结论:仙茅多糖呈剂量依赖性增强小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。

Objective To discuss the effects of curculigo orchioides polysaccharide(COP)on phagocytic activity of mouse macrophages.Methods The primary peritoneal macrophages of mice and RAW264.7 cells of mouse macrophage cell line were treated with different concentrations of Festuca arundinacea polysaccharides(500,250,125,62.5,31.25μg/mL)respectively.After 36 hours,fluorescent labeled Escherichia coli was added and incubated at room temperature without light for 1.5 hours.The effects of different doses of citronella polysaccharide on the phagocytic activity of two kinds of cells were observed under fluorescence microscope.Conclusion Curculigo orchioides polysaccharide enhanced the phagocytic function of mouse macrophages in a dose-dependent manner.
