广金钱草和金钱草不同部位总黄酮含量研究

Study on the Content of Total Flavonoids in Different Parts of Desmodii styracifolii Herba and Lysimachiae Herba

目的:研究广金钱草和金钱草不同部位总黄酮含量,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:以芦丁为对照,样品制备后经显色,在波长272 nm处测定紫外分光光度值。结果:广金钱草茎、叶和全草总黄酮含量分别为0.78%、3.84%和2.33%;金钱草茎、叶和全草总黄酮含量分别为0.24%、3.15%和1.61%。结论:广金钱草和金钱草中,叶的总黄酮含量均最大,茎的含量最小,而广金钱草叶比金钱草叶的总黄酮含量大。

Objective To study the content of total flavonoids in different parts of Desmodii styracifolii herba and Lysimachiae herba,that can provides reference basis for clinical application.Mothed Take rutin as a control and measure UV at 272 nm after preparating and post-treatmenting sample.Result The content of total flavonoids in the stem,leaf and whole herb of Desmodii styracifolii herba respectively is 0.78%,3.84%and 2.33%;The total flavonoids in the stem,leaf and whole herb of Lysimachiae herba is 0.24%,3.15%和1.61%.Conclusio The content of total flavonoids in the leaf of Desmodii styracifolii herba and Lysimachiae herba both are at most,and least in the stem.But the content of total flavonoids in the leaf of Desmodii styracifolii herba is more than Lysimachiae herba.
