养血固肾汤对绝经后骨质疏松症55例的影响

Effect of Yangxue Gushen Decoction on 55 Cases of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

目的:观察养血固肾汤对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨代谢指标、骨密度以及脆性骨折发生率的影响。方法:选取绝经后骨质疏松症患者共110例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组与对照组各55例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予以养血固肾汤治疗。两组均治疗2个月,随访12个月。观察并比较治疗前后两组间临床疗效、骨代谢指标、骨密度以及脆性骨折发生率。结果:治疗疗程结束后,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的BGP、ALP、BMD值、T值均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养血固肾汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,能增加骨密度,减少脆性骨折的发生,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of Yangxue Gushen Decoction on Bone Metabolism,Bone Density and Incidence of Fragile Fracture in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis.Methods 110 patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March,2016 to September,2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=55)and the control group(n=55)according to the random number table method.The patients of the control group were used the routine treatment,and those of the treatment group was treated with Yangxue Gushen Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,the bone metabolism,bone mineral density and the incidence of fragile fracture were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of effectivity of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BGP and ALP in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of BGP and ALP in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BMD and T values of the two groups were better than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);BMD and T values of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Yangxue Gushen Decoction can improve the activity of bone mineral density in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis,which is helpful to reduce the occurrence of fragile fracture.
