摘要
目的:研究红簕钩根、茎、叶的性状、显微鉴别特征,为其真伪鉴别提供参考。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别的方法。结果:发现红簕钩主根中心略偏向一侧,皮部窄小,韧皮部类半圆形或圆锥形,断续排列成环状,木质部约占横切面半径的3/4;茎可见1~4个皮刺凸起,表皮嵌有单细胞非腺毛,偶见腺毛,皮层内侧的石细胞群,排列成环状,髓部约占切面半径的1/2,外侧有厚壁细胞群,断续排列成环状;叶上、下表皮细胞均为单列,可见单细胞非腺毛,内侧有厚角组织;栅栏细胞3列,不通过主脉,维管束外韧形,韧皮部外侧可见石细胞群;有的薄壁细胞内含有草酸钙方晶;粉末可见纤维单个散在或成束,常见网纹导管、草酸钙方晶及许多散在或成群的石细胞等特征。结论:红簕钩的性状及显微特征,可为鉴别真伪及制定药材质量标准提供参考依据。
Objective To provide reference for the identification of Rubus pirifolius Sm.by studying the characteristics and microscopic identification of the roots,stems and leaves.Methods The methods of character identification and microscopic identification were used.Results It was found that the center of the main root was slightly amesiality,the cortex was narrow and small,the phloem was semicircular or conical and intermittently arranged into rings.1~4 protrusions and unicellular non glandular hairs or glandular hair were found in the stem.The palisade cells were found in the cortex arranging in a ring.The pulp was wiser and there were mural cell in the outside of the pulp which were arranged in circles intermittently.The cells of the leaf epidermis are single cell and there are unicellular non glandular hairs.The palisade cells were arranged in three rows.The fibre,reticulated catheter,calcium oxalate crystal and sclereid were found in the power.Conclusion The characteristics and microscopic characteristics of Rubus pirifolius Sm.can provide a reference for the identification to genuine and fake and the formulation of quality standards for medicinal materials.
