正交设计优选黄芪总黄酮提取工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Radix Astragali by Orthogonal Design

摘要 目的:探究黄芪总黄酮提取的最优工艺参数。方法:基于单因素试验,以黄芪总黄酮提取率为评价指标,通过L_9(3~4)正交试验法对影响黄芪总黄酮提取率的4个因素(乙醇浓度、水浴温度、料液比和提取时间)进行考察,优选黄芪总黄酮提取工艺参数。结果:黄芪总黄酮提取的最优工艺参数为乙醇浓度90%、水浴温度80℃、料液比1∶12和提取时间2 h,在此条件下,黄芪总黄酮提取率为0.286%。结论:该提取工艺表现出操作简单、重复性稳定的特点,以期为黄芪资源的合理开发利用提供科学依据。 Objective Study on the optimal process parameters for extracting total flavonoids from radix Astragalus.Methods Based on the single factor test,with extraction rate of total flavonoids as indicators and ethanol concentration,water bath temperature,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time as investigated factors,orthogonal array design L9(34)experiments were projected to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from radix Astragalus.Results The results showed that the extraction rate of total flavonoids from radix Astragalustragalus was 0.286%with the optimal parameters that the solid-fulid ratio,ethanol concentration,water bath temperature and extracting time were 1∶12 g/mL,90%,80℃and 2h.Conclusion The extraction process is feasible and stable which provide a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of astragalus resources.
