中药野马追化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Advances in Research on Chemical Components and Pharmacological Effects of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.

野马追是菊科植物轮叶泽兰(Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.)的干燥地上部分。目前研究发现,野马追主要成分为倍半萜内酯类、黄酮类、挥发油、甾体类、有机酸等,可化痰、止咳平喘、清热解毒、利尿消肿。此外,野马追还具有降血压、抗肿瘤、抗炎等多种功效,临床上已被用于治疗慢性气管炎、支气管炎和其他呼吸系统疾病。文章通过系统查阅野马追的国内外相关文献,对中药野马追的化学成分及药理活性进行系统阐述,以期为野马追的进一步研究提供理论参考依据。

Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.is the dried acrial part of Compositae.The main components of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.are sesquiterpene lactones,flavonoids,volatile oils,steroids,organic acid and so on,with effects of reducing phlegm and cough,asthma,clearing heat and detoxication,and diuresis detumescence.Moreover,Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.also has perfective effects such as reducing blood pressure,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,and so forth.In the clinical,Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.has been used for the treatment of chronic bronchitis,bronchitis and other diseases of respiratory system.By consulting related literatures,this article systematically clarifies the chemical components and pharmacological activities of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.,that provide theoretical basis for further research.
